Job responsibilities:
1. Prepare and implement project cost accounting.
2. Be responsible for the completion of the project budget, and cooperate with the completion of the project scheme design.
3. Be responsible for the preparation/review of project bid price.
4. Responsible for project budget, process monitoring, adjustment and settlement.
5. Responsible for project budget estimate, process monitoring and adjustment, settlement data collection, sorting, archiving and handover.
6. Cost accounting of contract changes, claims, etc.
7. Cooperate with relevant departments in their work.
8. Responsible for monitoring and reviewing the settlement of subcontractors
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Engineering cost and other related disciplines.
3. At least 3 years of project cost experience, familiar with the project budget and settlement process.
4. Good communication ability, coordination ability, planning and execution ability.
Treatment
The probation period is one month, and the labor contract is signed after the probation is qualified, and the annual income of each worker can be independently completed from 50000 to 150000 yuan. The registration certificate subsidy is calculated separately. Work 5 days a week, pay five insurances and one fund, and the company provides free on-the-job training and promotion of professional titles.
