Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for reimbursement, including document management and preliminary review of documents according to the company's system;

2. Be responsible for cashier work, prepare bank vouchers, and summarize income and expenditure schedule;

3. Do a good job of income statistics, check the income with the business team, and summarize the contract schedule;

4. Be responsible for the declaration of foreign-related income and overseas payment, and do a good job in daily contact with the bank;

5. Assist leaders in asset management, and regularly participate in the inventory and inventory of the company's assets;

6. Be responsible for the daily management of financial accounting files, including voucher binding, statement binding, account book binding, and other accounting data binding;

7. Cooperate with various audit work;

8. Do other financial work assigned by the superior.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, 1-2 years of relevant working experience;

2. More than one year of professional work experience in independently completing a full set of financial accounting processes;

3. Familiar with Enterprise Accounting System and other national accounting regulations and tax policies;

4. Familiar with the operation and use of financial software and related office application software;

5. Proactive, responsible, good team spirit, strong communication and coordination ability;

Treatment

The probation period is one month, and the labor contract is signed if the probation is qualified, amounting to RMB 60000 to 100000. Work 5 days a week, pay five insurances and one fund, and the company provides free on-the-job training and promotion of professional titles.
